Payments and Fees Policy
General
1.1. Beauty Realm Limited, with its registered office at Ward No 2, Main Bazar Rd, near Basavana Gudi, Ilkal, Karnataka 587125, India (“Beauty Realm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages and operates the website and mobile or tablet applications www.Zoracosmetic.com (referred to as “Zora Cosmetic,” “website,” or “app”), which facilitate the sale and purchase of various beauty and personal care products (“products”) to the Customer (“Customer,” “user,” “users,” “you,” or “your”).
1.2. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older, of sound mind, and not disqualified from entering into contracts by any law, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, can access and use Zora Cosmetic. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years, you may use Zora Cosmetic only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
1.3. This Fees and Payments Policy (“FP Policy” or “Policy”), along with the Terms and Conditions, describes Beauty Realm’s accepted payment methods and our policies and procedures regarding the acceptance of fees and payments for the services offered through Zora Cosmetic. Our primary objective is to ensure that Zora Cosmetic is user-friendly and equipped with the necessary security infrastructure to protect any financial information shared by the user.
Applicability Of Policy
2.1. By using Zora Cosmetic and initiating a request to purchase products on the website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, we advise you not to transact on Zora Cosmetic. Please note that we may change the terms of this policy from time to time, which govern your accepted payment methods and our policies and procedures regarding fee acceptance on Zora Cosmetic. Every time you wish to use Zora Cosmetic, please check the policy to ensure you understand the current terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this FP policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms and Conditions and this FP policy and may discontinue using Zora Cosmetic.
Fees and Payments Options
3.1. To ensure user convenience, Beauty Realm offers multiple payment methods. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to add or delete payment options from the following list:
a) Payment through net banking facilities.
b) Payment through select credit cards.
c) Payment through select debit cards.
d) Cash on delivery payments.
e) Payments through third-party credit offered by select financial institutions.
f) Payments through prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets.
g) Any other payment options provided by Beauty Realm from time to time. While we make reasonable efforts to offer diverse banking channels for payment options, we currently accept payments only from major select banking avenues. We do not accept payments made through international debit/credit cards.
3.2. Please note that the acceptance of payment through the listed options is solely at Beauty Realm’s discretion. We reserve the right to remove or deactivate any payment options for a user, for any reason.
3.3. When using the payment options, you agree to provide correct, complete, and accurate financial information, such as credit/debit card details or prepaid payment instrument account details, which may be stored by our third-party payment gateway provider. You shall not use a credit/debit card or prepaid instrument that is not lawfully owned or authorized for use by you. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your financial information. Beauty Realm disclaims any liability arising from unauthorized use of your financial information and/or identity, including details related to the payment options.
3.4. Beauty Realm
shall not be held responsible and assumes no liability for any loss or damage suffered by a user due to:
a) Lack of authorization for any transaction, including transactions carried out using gift cards and vouchers issued to users as part of our promotions.
b) Exceeding the mutually agreed credit/debit limit between the user and the issuing bank.
c) Payment issues arising from technical glitches during a transaction.
d) Declination of a transaction for reasons beyond Beauty Realm’s control.
3.5. We reserve the right to impose transaction limits on users for Zora Cosmetic. If a user exceeds the transaction limits imposed by Beauty Realm, we reserve the right to refuse processing such transactions. We may also refuse to process transactions from users with suspicious or questionable transaction histories on the website. If we are dissatisfied with a user’s credibility or the genuineness of a transaction on Zora Cosmetic, we have the right to reject such transactions, delay the dispatch of purchased products, or cancel the entire purchase at our sole discretion. You agree that Beauty Realm shall not be liable for any damage, interests, or claims resulting from our decision to not process a transaction or delay its processing due to suspicious activity on the website.
3.6. All product prices listed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. You are responsible for the payment of all fees, costs, and charges associated with the purchase of products, including applicable taxes like GST, duties, and cesses, etc.
3.7. While we make efforts to verify and ensure accurate product prices on the website, errors and discrepancies may occur due to technical glitches and time lags. In such cases, where there is a mispricing of products during or after the purchase process, the following actions will be taken by Beauty Realm:
a) If the maximum retail price of the delivered products is lower than the price published on the website, you must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the products. Upon verification, we will refund the difference between the purchase price and the maximum retail price to your bank account within 1 business day of receiving your notice.
b) If the mode of payment for the order was ‘cash on delivery,’ you will be requested to share your bank details with us by writing to help@Zoracosmetic.com. Upon receiving your bank account details, the refund will be credited to your bank account. If the mode of payment was through a non-cash-on-delivery option, we may transfer the refund to the source account used for the initial payment.
3.8. In addition to this FP Policy, the terms and conditions of your bank, applicable financial institution, or card issuing association may apply to enable payments for purchasing products on Zora Cosmetic. Your bank, financial institution, or card issuing association may decline or prevent electronic payments for buying products on the website, and Beauty Realm does not control these decisions and, therefore, cannot be held liable.
3.9. Beauty Realm may enter into contracts with third-party payment service providers, including banks, to open nodal bank accounts in compliance with Indian laws. This is done to facilitate payments between users and other third parties, apart from Beauty Realm. These third parties may include payment aggregators, prepaid instrument providers, courier and logistic service providers, etc. Once the products purchased through Zora Cosmetic are successfully delivered, Beauty Realm will initiate payments to third-party service providers.
3.10. If you notice a charge on your payment instrument(s) for a purchase on Zora Cosmetic that you are not aware of, you should first verify if your family members, friends, or business colleagues were authorized to make the purchase. If you still cannot identify the unauthorized charge on your payment instrument(s), you may report such unauthorized purchases to us within 30 days from the date of the transaction on
Zora Cosmetic. This will enable us to initiate investigations.
3.11. If you make a purchase on Zora Cosmetic and the payment is invalidated, we reserve the right to retrieve the invalidated payment from your Wallet. If your Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the invalidated payment, you must remit the invalidated payment to Beauty Realm’s bank account within 7 days of receiving a written notice from us. Failure to remit the invalidated payment may result in Beauty Realm initiating civil and/or criminal legal action against you at your own cost and peril.
3.12. The ‘cash on delivery’ payment option allows you to make cash-only payments to our delivery executive or logistic partner at the time of product delivery. Presently, we offer a maximum order value of INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) under the cash on delivery payment option. Please check the cash on delivery limit by entering the relevant area pin-code before placing an order on Zora Cosmetic. We reserve the right to exclude cash on delivery payment options for certain products or locations and may change or modify the maximum order value amount applicable to various area pin-codes. Please review and accept the terms set out in our Cancellation, Return, and Refund policy, which outlines the refund terms for transactions made using the cash-on-delivery payment option.
