You further agree to update your account information promptly to ensure its accuracy. Beauty Realm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided by you is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
1.4. Upon successful registration, you will have a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive account that grants you limited access to Zora Cosmetic and its features. You may only use the website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

3.5. Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer but is only a confirmation of receipt.
3.6. Acceptance of your offer and formation of a contract between you and Beauty Realm will occur when we dispatch the products to you and send you a shipping confirmation email. The contract will only cover the products listed in the shipping confirmation email.
3.7. Beauty Realm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
3.8. The risk of loss and title for products purchased on Zora Cosmetic pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the products have been delivered to the carrier.

Terms of Sale on Zora Cosmetic
Our Contract of Sale
1.1. The listing and display of a product on Zora Cosmetic serves as an invitation for you to make an offer to purchase that product. When you place an order on Zora Cosmetic, it constitutes your offer to buy the product(s) from Beauty Realm Limited.
1.2. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirming the receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). Please note that the Order Confirmation is an acknowledgment of receiving your order and does not imply acceptance of your offer.
1.3. We accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product when the product is shipped or dispatched to you. At that time, we will send you an email and/or SMS confirming the shipment or dispatch of the product (the “Shipment Confirmation”). However, Beauty Realm Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason prior to sending the Shipment Confirmation.
1.4. In case your order is dispatched in multiple packages, you may receive separate Shipment Confirmations for each package, with each Shipment Confirmation concluding a separate contract of sale between you and Beauty Realm Limited for the specified product(s).
1.5. Your contract is with Beauty Realm Limited, and you confirm that the product(s) ordered are for personal use and not for resale or business purposes. Please note that we sell products in quantities suitable for an average household’s usual requirements. This applies to both the number of products within a single order and multiple orders for the same product, where each order consists of a quantity typical for a normal household.
1.6. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost before we send the Shipment Confirmation for that product.
1.7. All orders placed on Zora Cosmetic are subject to product availability, our acceptance of your offer, and your compliance with these Terms of Sale.
Return and Refund

Access Outside India
Beauty Realm Limited does not represent that the content on Zora Cosmetic is suitable for use or access outside the Republic of India. Users accessing Zora Cosmetic from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction. Term and Termination

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable under applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be excluded from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall be interpreted as if such excluded provision were omitted. These Terms shall be interpreted to give effect to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, all transactions between Beauty Realm Limited and you, and the relationship between Beauty Realm Limited and you are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
Amendment
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous oral or written terms and conditions communicated to you by Beauty Realm Limited for the use of Zora Cosmetic. The rights and liabilities concerning any services provided by Beauty Realm Limited shall be limited to the scope of these Terms.
