Beauty Realm PVT Ltd, a company registered at Ward No 2, Main Bazar Rd, near Basavana Gudi, Ilkal, Karnataka 587125, India (“Beauty Realm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website Zoracosmetic.com (“Zora Cosmetic” or “website”). Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and delightful experience while purchasing beauty and personal care products from Zora Cosmetic.

1.2. We strive to ensure that your journey on Zora Cosmetic, from placing an order to handling cancellations, returns, and refunds, is hassle-free. As your trusted shopping destination, you can rely on us to deliver the best user experience.

1.3. This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“policy”), in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions outlined in Beauty Realm’s policies and processes for canceling orders, accepting returns, or processing refunds, governs the procedures for cancellation, return, and refund on Zora Cosmetic.

Applicability of Policy

2.1. By using Zora Cosmetic and initiating a purchase request for products on the website, you agree to abide by the terms stated in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend refraining from transacting on Zora Cosmetic. Kindly note that we may modify the terms of this policy periodically, so please review it each time you use Zora Cosmetic to ensure compliance with the prevailing terms and conditions.

Terms of Cancellation

3.1. (a) You have the option to cancel your order before Beauty Realm dispatches the product. However, if the product has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, please contact our customer support. We will make an effort to prevent delivery. In case the courier attempts delivery, you can reject the shipment. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed through the original payment method upon receiving the items at our warehouse.

3.2. You can request cancellation for one or all products, except when the purchased products are part of a package or promotional combo pack.

3.3. You can cancel an order by accessing the ‘Orders’ section on the website using the order tracking number or by contacting our customer care number or following any other method communicated by Beauty Realm from time to time.

3.4. Upon receiving an order cancellation request, we will promptly cancel your order, and the refund process will commence within two (2) business days after confirming the cancellation.

Terms of Return and Refund

4.1. You may initiate a product return within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving your order. We will accept the return request according to the terms outlined in this policy.

4.2. Please note that Beauty Realm will not process return requests for the following reasons:

a) Product damage due to misuse/overuse
b) Receipt of a physically damaged product
c) Use or alteration of the product by the user
d) Return without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
e) Tampering with the product’s serial number or barcode
f) Product defect not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
g) Request initiated beyond 15 days of order delivery
h) Customized products made on demand

4.3. During certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, specific return/refund rules may apply. Please refer to the promotion banner for relevant information.

4.4. Our packages come with tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept packages with tampered seals. Accepting a tampered or damaged package will disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect products, or missing accessories.

4.5. For products where you selected ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment mode, refunds will be processed to your bank account. You will need to provide us with your bank account details to facilitate the refund. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

4.6. After you initiate a cancellation or return request, and upon verification of the products and related documents, the eligible refund amount will be initiated within two to four (2 to 4) business days from the date we receive the products at our warehouse and confirm the defect or non-compliance. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution or payment solution provider.

4.7. For products where ‘Cash on Delivery’ was chosen as the payment option, refunds will be processed to your bank account (using the bank account details provided by you) within two to four (2 to 4) business days from the day we receive the returned product and approve the return after verification. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the banks and financial institutions. We do not provide cash refunds.

4.8. Refunds for the claimed amount will be processed within 15 (fifteen) working days, based on the chosen payment mode. If the refund is delayed beyond the indicated date, please contact us, and we will be glad to assist you.
